Iranian Patents, Industrial Designs and Trademarks Law Extended
Nourlaw- 26 September 2017-Tehran–In a letter to President Hassan Rouhani, Iranian Speaker of Parliament Ali Larijani notified him of the extension of the Patents, Industrial Design and Trademarks Registration Act for a further two years, the official Gazette reported today.
The law was initially approved on a temporary trial basis foreseen in Principle 85 of the Constitution law. The full text of the legislation can be found at the following internet address:
