Iran’s Representative to the Joint Economic Committee with Switzerland Appointed
Nourlaw-2 December 2019-Tehran- Upon the proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Council of Ministers at its meeting of 24 November 2019 appointed the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education to function as Iran’s representative to act on the Joint Economic Committee with Switzerland.
Switzerland and Iran have been engaged in negotiation to devise a payment mechanism for exporting foodstuff and pharmaceuticals to Iran under the U.S sanctions.
